CURRICULUM
This course is an in-depth study of the World History, Geography, and Humanities of world civilizations, including societies from Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. Students will be exposed to historical periods spanning from pre-hominids to the modern 21st Century. So that students can clearly see the relationship between cause and effect in historical events, students will have the opportunity to review fundamental ideas and events from each of these ancient, classical, and modern civilizations. Throughout the year, students will have opportunities to to collaborate with other students on a number of projects, including a 3-D Printing Entrepreneurship project to supplement class studies of the Industrial Revolution (3-D Printing Lesson and Project).
